About Me

Because I like lists, think in bullet points quite often, and think lists are a quick and easy way to communicate who one is with the world, I have written a list of things that may give the reader a better idea about who I am.  As I come up with more I will add to the list. (Updated 06/19/09)

  1. I love camping, but camping does not seem to love me quite as much.
  2. Mosquitoes eat me alive.
  3. In an ideal world I would live near a beach.
  4. With that said, I enjoy St. Louis.
  5. I am not a fan of spicy food but like horse radish and wasabi.
  6. I have been modeling off and on for almost 7 years now.
  7. In upcoming months I intend to get more tattoos.
  8. The ‘burn’ community has become a big part of my life recently.
  9. I still struggle with never being thin enough.
  10. I dream of one day seeing the LA Lakers play, live.
  11. I tend to trust too quickly, too easily.  I am working on this.
  12. My absolute favorite books are To Kill A Mockingbird and Good Omens.
  13. My favorite musicians/bands are the Beatles, Ani DiFranco, and Rusted Root.
  14. I am so busy that I am lucky to get one night a week to myself.
  15. I need Me Time for my sanity.  *wink*
  16. I am turned off by disrespect, dishonesty, and mixed messages.
  17. I am very picky about who I’m attracted to and who I will date.
  18. It’s a big compliment to you if I am attracted to or interested in you.
  19. Please remember:  I am a person, not a piece of ass.  So is every other woman.
  20. I have no patience for fundamentalism, ignorance, or waiting on people.
  21. I collect monkeys, rubber ducks, and postcards.
  22. If you want to buy me a gift, the above work as do wifebeaters and Chucks.
  23. I am not rich, so if you’re looking for a sugar mama I am not the girl for you.
  24. My Jasper remains a very important part of my life – he is 7 years old now.
  25. He is one very fat cat.
  26. I don’t cook very often.
  27. Guns, fire, and extreme anger scare me.
  28. I was diagnosed with epilepsy and ADHD last year (2008).If you have spent any time at all with me you likely picked up on the ADHD.
  29. When my father died I was left his entire collection of original Beatles albums.
  30. No, I do not intend to sell them – ever.
  31. I have, in fact, kissed a girl and yes, dammit, I liked it.
  32. I have never had a driver’s license and want one badly.
  33. Rarely do I wear makeup, but if I do it is black eyeliner and maybe lip gloss.
  34. I dream of leaving the rat race behind.
  35. I enjoy a good steak, great sushi, and a cold beer.
  36. I honestly cannot imagine living without wireless in my home.
  37. I have met David Sedaris, Garrison Keillor, Larry Flynt, and Juliana Hatfield.
  38. Most people think I look about 25 or 26 years old.I have every season available of the Simpsons and the Simpsons movie.
  39. Clutter drives me batty.
  40. If a drawer or cupboard is left open I feel compelled to shut it.
  41. Writing centers me.
  42. I am a social butterfly.
  43. I hate animal research, Hummers, and fur coats.
  44. I love most things vampire-related.
  45. The sites I visit most are Gmail, Twitter, and Facebook.
