My evening routine…

A big part of GTD is finding ways to be more productive and thus stress-free in one’s life. For me, including routine in my daily life allows for more productivity and less stress. I have begun an evening routine - my before-bedtime routine, if you will:
- Make a cup of tea.
- Put on comfies (or PJs).
- Lay out clothing and shoes for the next day.
- Lay out breakfast things - cereal box, bowl, spoon.
- Make sure bag is packed for tomorrow’s bus ride.
- Look at the calendar to see what is ahead tomorrow.
I am prepared for the morning, so then I will not have to rush around and feel stressed just as my day is beginning.
Hooray for evening routines! And you’re drinking tea now!!!!
